How do i update my customer information?
Easy. Simply login to your account and then and then select the PROFILE button at the top to make changes, update privacy toggles, etc. You must activate your card prior to login.
What if my caRd balance is not correct
Visit the store in person and speak to a manager. If you are missing loyalty credit for a recent visit, use the form below to submit a help ticket and upload your sales receipt.
i lost my card. WHAT DO I DO?
Provided you activated your card you can identify yourself via mobile phone number at the business. Optionally, ask the business for a replacement card and use the form below to request a transfer of balances.
how do i reset my password
Select the LOST PASSWORD link on the Check your balance page and then choose mobile or email and follow the instructions on screen.
can i check my balance on my phone?
Yes! Look for the 5-digit short code or 10-digit long code on the back of your card and text the word BAL to this phone number. Alternatively, click here login to your account.
the business is closed. What Do i do?
Sorry to hear that any balance or funds on your card may be lost. Call the business or check their website for any updates or information. We're not responsible for card balances.
